Efficient marketing

The key to selling your home swiftly and for top dollar is making your listing stand out among the competition. Showing your home

Open escrow

Once a price has been set, the purchase agreement will be signed, and your agent will open escrow and order a title report. At this point in time, closing and move-out dates will be decided, and you can go over any contingencies in the purchase contract with your agent.

Heading into an appraisal with an immaculate home is vital to ensure the buyer doesn’t back out of the home purchase due to negative appraisal results.


Comply with a home inspection

The buyer will schedule a home inspection to make sure they’re completely satisfied with the property and its condition. Ask Paula to go over a home inspection checklist and address any issues prior to the inspection.


Complete a final walk-through

Upon closing, your agent will guide you through all required paperwork, including the deed of trust, property deed, and reconveyance. Once both parties sign and verify all documents, the property is sold, and it’s time to celebrate!
